Made-to-order watches are shipped within 7–14 business days after payment confirmation.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, force majeure, or customs clearance procedures.

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a notification with the tracking number and a link to follow the delivery status.

Shipping costs are determined directly by the shipping company and may vary depending on the destination. All shipments are insured, offering additional security for your purchases. For watches in stock, we ship orders within 10 business days. If you've chosen a custom order, delivery times will be agreed upon individually depending on the model and may vary slightly. We'll do our best to accommodate your preferences and offer the most convenient delivery times. Delivery speed will depend on the chosen method and courier service, and we'll keep you updated every step of the way. While we can't control delivery times, we'll do everything we can to ensure your purchase arrives as quickly and conveniently as possible.
