International Shipping (outside the European Union)

Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on the destination country, shipping method, and order value.
All international shipments are handled by reliable couriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or TNT, with full tracking and insurance covering the total value of the goods.
Watches in stock are shipped within 3–7 business days, while made-to-order watches are shipped within 7–14 business days after payment confirmation.
For orders placed outside the European Union, all prices displayed on the website include Italian VAT (22%).
Since VAT does not apply to exports outside the EU, we recommend contacting us before making payment to receive an updated invoice without VAT and the final amount according to the destination country.
Please note that any customs duties, local taxes, or import charges applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
We have no control over customs processing times or decisions and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by these procedures.
All products are carefully packaged and fully insured for their total value until delivered to the customer.
In case of loss, damage, or delay during international shipping, our customer service team will assist you in submitting a claim with the courier.
